The population of the middle class in China is more than the population of a UK. The demand of the middle class quality life is still hard to fulfill. In most of the developed or developing country, there are existed many products choices for the middle class, the middle class can have the safety food, secure retired fund & investment, quality education, environmental protection However, in China, there is still a certain long of the path to achieve.

One of the main points is that most of the enterprises in china are the small & medium size enterprise and they are usually ignored in any R & D, people expect to clone the overseas products for getting fast money. And they are even the origin of the economic power in china unlike in Korea or Japan where the development are origin from the large enterprise.

The government try to encourage the M & A and open the market for the foreigner to invest directly in China, and the final result is that, the local enterprise try to clone the foreigner's products instead of making the product differentiation to join the competition from the market. For example, the perfume & cosmetic are also monopoly by the foreigner's brand & the local enterprise just clone their product playing as an after market substitution.

In the other side, most of the multi-national company or foreign enterprise are feeling calm to outsource their product manufacturing to China, because most of the factories are accepted to be an OEM manufacturer without the ambition to develop the own products & own brand to make the competition in the international market with their clients
