Strategic partnership in China

It's very important for both side to have the same goal, & as important as a wedding. Usually, the foreigner side wishes to capture the China local market & the local Chinese side wishes to get more export chance. It's hard in China to look for right working partner who knows the product, technology, international commercial rules & business moral. And people afraid of the decision making especially the one with the age over 45 due to over educated the collectivism for that generation. However, China is still an important factor every businessman must involve.

If you are from Europe & set up an office or factory in China, do not imagine the European office is a headquarter, since China is accelerating its development with the speed never found from the history. China is either your working partner or competitor.

In 1990 - 1999, China recognized to be the world factory. From 2000, more & more multi-national company set up the factory in China & enjoys the good profit from selling the product to China local market. From 2006, the foreign investment making China as one of the important global strategy, much more M & A and R & D are doing in China now.

And more & more local-born China multi-national companies are generated too, such as Haier in home appliance, Hawei in telecommunication & Legend in PC.

Those companies are highly dominated in their specific market & sell the product with their own brands. In the small & medium enterprise, people learn fast in any new knowledge & not just clone the product, but modify the design too. All enterprises are now providing the excellent quality with very low price. And it's just the first step that China connected with international market after join the WTO. Do not imagine China is a still a pupil, you will suddenly see China turn to be a giant within 10 years.
